Debra “Debbie” Sue Carlile Osier

Debra “Debbie” Sue Carlile Osier 58, died Sunday, Feb. 6, 2011 at her residence in Liberal, KS.

She was born July 16, 1952 in Seward County, Kansas the daughter of Bernard and Betty (Seger) Carlile.

She was as longtime resident of Liberal but had also lived in Wyoming.

She graduated in 1970 from Campbell County High School in Gillette, WY.

She had been employed at Smith Food and Drug as a Customer Service Manager, and Dillon’s Food Store as a customer service rep. and was employed at Wal-Mart as Electronics Clerk.

She was always considered to be good natured and always wanted to make people laugh and smile. She had a great love for animals.

1 Son Chad Osier and friend Aften Varley Cheyenne, WY

2 Daughters Tracie Cross and husband Kayle Cross Rock Spring, WY

Ashley Osier and friend Matt Olsen Liberal, KS

2 Brothers Tom Hartnett and wife Virginia Hartnett Houston, TX

Jim Carlile and wife Theresa Carlile Liberal, KS

2 Sisters Sandy Dixon and husband Dale Mustang, OK

Diana Elliott and husband Rick Liberal, KS

2 Grandchildren Destiny Olson and Nataly Osier

She was preceded in death by her grandparents Jack & Myrtle Carlile, Alan & Rhoda Seger, granddaughter Haley Harley, sister Rhonda Carlile and Step-Father Gene Baskin.

Funeral Service will be held 2:00 pm, Thursday, February 10, 2011 at Brenneman Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Jack Jacob presiding. Burial will be in Liberal Cemetery.

Visitation time will be 9:00 am – 8:00 pm Wednesday and 9:00 am until service time Thursday at Brenneman Funeral Home.
