David Alvarado-Zamora, age 12 days, passed away Wednesday afternoon, July 20, 2011, at the Wesley Medical Center , Wichita, Kansas .

He was born July 8, 2011, at Dodge City, Kansas , the son of Lidio Alvarado and Josefina Zamora-Ayala.
