Daniel Michael

Daniel Michael, 73, Moscow, KS , died Thursday, November 24,
2011 , at Stevens County Hospital , Hugoton, KS .

He was born October 5, 1938 to Charles & Lois Duncan Michael at
the family’s homestead in rural Seward County .

Danny was a lifetime rancher and farmer. He was also on the volunteer
Fire Department of Seward County. He attended Golden Plains School.
Danny hobbies were woodworking and gardening, but the most
important was spending time with his family and attending grand kids
activities.

On August 28, 1966 , he married Cathy Black at Hugoton, KS, she
died August 28, 2002 .

He is survived by his daughter, Laura Hall and husband Mitchell,
Hugoton, KS; one brother, Clyde Michael and wife Jaquetta, Parsons, KS ;
three grandchildren, Matthew Hall and wife Tina, Fredonia, KS ;
Madison & Isabella Hall, Hugoton, KS.

Funeral services will be conducted 3:00 P.M. Sunday at the Lone Star
Friends Church.

Interment will be in the Golden Plains Cemetery.

Friends may call at the Miller Mortuary 5-9 P.M. Saturday .
