Cynthia Cyndee Ann Small

Cynthia (Cyndee) Ann Small, 62, died Thursday, September 12, 2019 at Southwest Medical Center in Liberal.
She was born on June 18, 1957, the daughter of Dorrel and Wanda (O’ Neal) Shepard in Springfield Missouri. She was raised in the Satanta area.
On September 5, 1977 she married Fred Small at her grandparent’s house in Satanta, KS. He survives.

After working hard to get her GED, Cyndee worked at USD 480 as a paraprofessional and she loved the kids she worked with. She was member of First Baptist Church of Liberal.

Marla Foster (Larry) of Muskogee, OK
Candy Shepard of Amarillo, TX

She was also a beloved Aunt to several nieces and nephews.

Cyndee was preceded in death by her parents, her two brothers Larry Witchey
and Cecil Shepard, and her sister Gina Mills.

Visitation will be at the Brenneman Funeral Home 1212 West 2nd Street, Liberal Kansas on Monday, September 16th from 9AM – 7PM with family present to greet friends from 6PM- 7PM.

Graveside Services will be at Restlawn Cemetery, Tuesday September 17th at 11AM with Rev. Jerry Odle presiding.
