Crystal Dawn Reeves

Crystal Dawn Reeves, 29, passed away at her home Tuesday, September 30, 2014 in rural Turpin, Oklahoma.

She was born January 4, 1985 at Heidelberg Germany, the daughter of Donald Smith and Rose (Volden) Vasquez.

She married Timothy Reeves October 14, 2010 at Liberal, Kansas. He survives.

As a child Crystal attended schools in Cheyenne, Wyoming and Everett, Washington. She moved back to Liberal, KS when she was 17.

Crystal loved spending time with her children and their activities. She also enjoyed camping, fishing, and riding four wheelers.

She is also survived by her daughter, Alexis and son, Adrian of Turpin, Oklahoma; her mother – Rose Vasquez and husband Javier of Liberal, KS; her father – Donald Smith and wife Carla of Ulysses, Kansas; two brothers – Dustin Smith and wife Alma of Ogden, UT, Jacob Smith of Ulysses, Kansas; one sister- Sarah Smith of Ulysses, Kansas; mother in law- Edna Reeves of Liberal, Kansas; father in law- Clarence Reeves of Liberal, Kansas; grandparents- Donald and Phyllis Smith of Liberal, Kansas; three brother in laws- Sam Reeves and wife Janice of North Carolina, Billy Reeves and wife Pam of Liberal, Kansas, and Eddie Reeves of Liberal, Kansas; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by two grandparents – Dale and Leta Volden.

A Memorial Service will be held 11:00 am Tuesday, October 7, 2014 at the First Baptist Church of Liberal with Pastor Jason Ramsey officiating

The family has selected cremation and there is no public visitation scheduled.

The family requests memorials to the Crystal Reeves Memorial Fund in care of Miller Mortuary.
