Connie Stebens

Connie Stebens, 70, died Friday, June 23, 2023 at her residence in Liberal.

She was born on May 12, 1953 in Tulsa, Oklahoma, the daughter of Thurman and Frances (Byrd) Bradshaw.
She graduated from Will Rogers High School in Tulsa in 1971.
On March 13, 1974, she married Delbert Stebens in Liberal, Kansas. They were married for 49 years.

Connie worked for Seward County, where she retired from.

Connie’s grandkids were the joy of her life. She liked to garden and took great pride in her flowers. Her pets were important members of her family, and she enjoyed their company. She was an avid Boomer Sooner football fan, and would watch every game she could.

She is survived by;
Her husband, Delbert
Daughter Kami Morris and her husband Brad of Liberal, Kansas
2 grandchildren, Maizie and McKye Morris
Her brother, Terry Bradshaw of Phoenix, Arizona

She was preceded in death by her parents.

There are no public services at this time, and a private family burial will take place at a later date.
