Clark Lynn Rodkey

Clark Lynn Rodkey was born November 21, 1951 in Liberal, KS to Derl Hugh Rodkey and Pauline Marie (Craig) Rodkey. Clark entered into rest on August 19, 2021 at his residence in Homestead, Fl.

Clark graduated Tyrone High School in 1969. He attended OKlahoma Panhandle State University and then joined the Navy. Clark was active duty in the Navy 1969-1974 and reserve 1974-1976. While in the Navy he met the love of his life Magda Castello Rodkey, and was married in 1973. Living in Maryland they welcomed their first son Clark Lynn Rodkey II in 1975. Being a Navy Veteran and coming back to Oklahoma. They welcomed their second son Andrew Derl Rodkey, in Liberal KS in 1984. Clark attended Seward County Community College graduating with an Associate of Applied Science in 1993 and Seward County Community College Technical School graduating with an Electronic Technology degree in 1994. While living in Florida Clark worked for Miami Dade Transit. Clark loved watching his sons play sports and was an avid Oklahoma Sooners fan.

Clark was a loving husband, father, grandfather, son, brother-in- law, and uncle. He will be greatly missed by all. Clark left behind his wife of 48 years Magda Rodkey. Two sons Clark (Cinnamon) Rodkey II of Forgan, OK and Andrew (Jennifer) Rodkey of Homestead, FL. Six grandkids Cassi, Cammi, and Cooper Rodkey of Forgan, OK. Genevieve and Katherine Rodkey and Andrew Gonzalez of Homestead, FL. Also leaving behind several nieces, nephews and other loved friends and family. Clark is proceeded in death by his parents Derl and Pauline Rodkey and one sister Teresa Rodkey.
