Brenda LaRae (Fisher) Ratzlaff

Brenda LaRae (Fisher) Ratzlaff, 60 years old, passed away Tuesday, May 17, 2022, at Southwest Medical Center in Liberal, Kansas. She was the daughter of Donald Gale and Georgia LaRae (Smith) Fisher and was born July 19, 1961, in Elkhart, Kansas.

She and Wade Dean Ratzlaff were married on March 23, 1988, in Elkhart, Kansas. He preceded her in death on November 30, 2016. To this union were three daughters: Staci, Dotti, and Mica.

Brenda enjoyed life to the fullest and being a great mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She enjoyed gardening, canning, television, and being outside.

Survivors include three daughters, Staci LaRae Ratzlaff and her companion, Jimmy Maciel, Elkhart, KS.; Dotti G. Ratzlaff and her husband, Zane Watson, Austin, TX., Mica Don Ratzlaff and her companion, AJ McKinley, Afton, WY.; two brothers, Kenton Fisher and his companion, Tom Dangora, Saugus, MA., Garold Fisher and his companion, Melissa Allison, Elkhart, KS.; one sister, Rhonda Rich, Elkhart, KS.; granddaughter, Savvi LaRae Maciel, Elkhart, KS.; two sister-in-law’s, Amy K. Ratzlaff, Dallas, Tx., Linda D. Fink & husband Phillip, Elkhart, KS.; many other relatives and friends.

She was preceded by her parents and her husband Wade Dean Ratzlaff.

A memorial has been established for the family in the care of Robson Funeral Home, P.O. Box 606, Elkhart, Kansas 67950.

Celebration of Life service will be held Monday, May 23, 2022, at 11 AM, Elkhart City Hall, Elkhart, Kansas. Cremation has taken place.
