Bonnie B. (Rixstine) Toole, age 94, died July 12, 2014 at Good Samaritan
Society-Liberal Center, Liberal, KS. She was born on March 2, 1920, at
Lincoln, NE, the daughter of Arthur H. and Sarah Vanona (Andrews) Rixstine.
She graduated from Lincoln High School, Lincoln, NE, in 1938. She
attended the University of Nebraska.
She was a homemaker.
On March 5, 1942, she married John W. “Jack” Toole at Washington, D.C.
He died April 20, 2012.
She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Liberal. She had
been a Deacon, Elder and Clerk of Session in the First Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include
Daughter Patricia Jo Kleppinger and Companion Marshall Faye of Stowe, VT
Son-in-law Dr. David Tucker of Wichita Falls, TX
2 Grandchildren Grandson Mark Duy and Granddaughter, Susan Tedrow and
fiancé Greg Jackson.
5 Great-Grandchildren
Nephew – Douglas Rixstine and wife Onece of Lynn, AL
Niece – Barbara (Rixstine) Danielson and husband Jim of Lincoln, NE
She was preceded in death by her Parents, Daughter, Nancy Tucker and
Son-in-law Dale Kleppinger.
Graveside service will be 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, July 23, 2014 at Wyuka
Cemetery, Lincoln, NE with Pastor Stephen Saville, presiding.
Visitation will be 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon Saturday at Brenneman
Funeral Home.
