Bobby Oder

Bobby Oder, 88, Hugoton, Kansas, passed away Tuesday, November 5, 2019 at Stevens County Hospital, Hugoton, Kansas.
The son of Wayne Joseph and Margret (Hamilton) Oder, he was born January 19, 1931, at Stevens County, Kansas. He was born on his grandfather farm. He was the oldest of three children. He was a lifetime resident.
He and Claudine Mae (Beavers) Oder were married May 27, 1950, at Liberal, Kansas. She preceded him in death September 30, 2003.
He was a member of Hugoton VFW. He enjoyed spending time with his family. Bobby loved to fish, coyote hunting and going to auctions with his family.
Survivors include his two sons, Fred Oder and wife Patricia, Canyon, Texas, Tom Oder and wife Leslie, Hugoton, Kansas; three daughters, Carrie Williams and husband Jay, Elkhart, Kansas, Sandy Schmidt, Cimarron, Kansas, Linda Kates and husband Rick, Hugoton, Kansas, 15 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and host of other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two infant brothers, sisters, Esther Schroeder and Mary Harms.

Graveside Service will be held on Friday, November 8, 2019 at 2:00 P.M. at Hugoton Cemetery, Hugoton, Kansas.
Friends may call Thursday from 2 P.M. to 8 P.M. at the funeral home.
