Bill Lee Myers

Bill Lee Myers, 83, of Liberal, died at Southwest Medical Center on Tuesday, October 22, 2019.

He was born to Charles Edward Meyers and Eula Mae Day Myers on June 10, 1936 on Skylight Mountain in Prairie Grove, Arkansas.

He attended school at Rolla, KS. In 1992 he married Lucille Naomi Davis. She died on February 21, 2017.

Bill worked for the Kansas Department of Transportation out of Morton County.

He was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Liberal, the Elks Lodge and the Senior Center. He enjoyed traveling, Fishing and dancing with his wife Lucille.

He is survived by Brothers: Charles Eugene (Gene) Myers of Liberal, KS.

Warren and Wife Barbara Myers of Rolla, KS.

Jimmy Myers of Havilland, KS. Sister: Katherine and Husband Rick Rawlins of Dolan Springs, AZ.

He is preceded in death by his parents, his Wife; Brothers, Bradley Myers and Kenneth Myers; Sisters Yvonne Moore and Eva Baldwin. Niece Tera Turpin.

Visitation will be from 9 AM to 8 Pm Wednesday, October 30, 2019 with the family present from 6 to 8 PM at Brenneman Funeral Home Chapel, Liberal.

Funeral Service will be 11 AM Thursday, October 31, 2019 at the First United Methodist Church, Liberal, with Rev. Keith Anglemyer officiating.

Burial will be in Hugoton Cemetery at 1:30.
