Arlan Ray Decker, 63, passed away on Monday, April 12, 2021, Stevens County Hospital, Hugoton, KS.

He was the son of Dale Irvin and Carolyn Sue (Cann) Decker, he was born on February 10, 1958, Hugoton, KS.

Arlan and Ranelle Bozarth were married in 1988 and later divorced. To this union were two very loved children, Kolton and Tasha.

Arlan was a member of the Sovereign Redeemer Church.

Arlan grew up in Hugoton and graduated from Hugoton High School. He was past owner of Southwest Irrigation and Donut Shop of Hugoton. Arlan loved and enjoyed his family. They went on many vacations, camping, and fishing trips. He also loved to play guitar and enjoyed listening to music, cooking, and baking. Arlan had a good heart and loved helping people.

Survivors include his son, Kolton Decker and fiancé Jessica Linton, Olathe, KS.; daughter, Tasha Medina and husband Jarod, Hugoton, KS.; mother, Carolyn Sue Decker, Hugoton, KS.; two brothers, Alan Decker and wife Vicky, Amarillo, TX., Christopher DiGerolamo, Los Angeles, CA.; two grandchildren, Emmi Lott and Abrielle Medina; best friends and coparents, Ranelle and Steve Carter, Hugoton, KS.; and other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father.

A memorial has been established for Hugoton High School Band. Memorials may be mailed to Robson Funeral Home, PO Box 236, Hugoton, KS, 67951.

Visitation will be held Thursday, April 15, 2021, 2 PM to 8 PM, Robson Funeral Home, Hugoton.

Funeral service will be held on Friday, April 16, 2021 at 10 AM at Sovereign Redeemer Church, Hugoton with Pastor Eric Mason presiding. Cremation will take place after service and there will be no burial.

Robson Funeral Home, Hugoton is in charge of arrangements.
