Antonio Eloy Pando

Antonio Eloy Pando, 73, passed away on Wednesday, January 13, 2021 at St. Anthony’s Hospital, Lakewood, CO.

He was born to Valerio and Elisa (Pando) Pando on December 10, 1947, Los Garcias, Chihuahua, Mexico.

Eloy and Amparo (Soto) Pando were married December 24, 1967, Mexico. To this union were four children: Eduardo, Jorge, Karla and Patricia

Eloy was a member of the St. Helen Catholic Church, Hugoton.

He owned and operated Apache Trucking and enjoyed working with the people in southwest Kansas. He also loved his family, especially his grandchildren.

Survivors include his wife, Amparo Pando, Rolla, KS.; two sons, Eduardo Pando and wife Norma, Dodge City, KS., Jorge Pando, Rolla, KS.; two daughters, Karla Henke and husband Jason, Wichita, KS., Patricia Cutting and husband David, Wichita, KS.; two brothers, Homero Pando and wife Socorro, Rolla, KS., Enrique Pando wife Emma, Lubbock, TX.; four sisters, Magdalena Pando and husband Mario, Mexico, Socorro Williams and husband Brian, Amarillo, TX., Rosa Borunda and husband Jeronimo, Perryton, TX., Lucy Almanza and husband Alfredo, Amarillo, TX.; 10 grandchildren and other relatives and friends.

Eloy was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Juan José Pando.

Friends may call Wednesday, January 20, 2021, 2 P.M. to 8 P.M. and Thursday, January 21, 2021, 10 A. M. to 5 P.M. at Robson Funeral Home, Hugoton.

Virgil service will be held Thursday, January 21, 2021, 7 P.M. at St. Helen Catholic Church, Hugoton, KS.

Private Mass funeral service will be held Friday, January 22, 2021, 10:30 A.M. at St. Helen Catholic Church, Hugoton, KS. Public burial will follow at Rolla Cemetery. Masks are encouraged for your safety and others.
