Annie Abigail Brown

Annie Abigail Brown, 37, died Monday, July 27, 2020 at her home in Liberal, Kansas. She was born October 31, 1982 in Liberal, Kansas, the daughter of Timothy J. and Polly Brown.

In 2001, Annie graduated from Liberal High School and in 2009 she received her Associate’s Degree from Seward County Community College in Liberal, Kansas. Annie worked as a secretary for Seward County Community College. She was also in the process of obtaining her Bachelor’s Degree from Fort Hays State University in Hays, Kansas.

Annie was the beloved mother of her two daughters, Caitlyn Underwood and Keira Quillin, both of Liberal, Kansas.

She is survived by her mother, Polly Brown of Liberal, Kansas; brothers, Jeremy (Aya) Brown of Perrytown, Arkansas, Isaac (Crystal) Brown of Fort Hood, Texas; sister, Sarah Diaz of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; grandpa, Hook Christensen of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; and nieces and nephews, Curtis Diaz, Rachel Diaz, Jacob Diaz, Reagan Diaz, Mika Brown, Jena Brown, Bradley Brown, Kinsley Brown, and Kylie Perez.

Annie is preceded in death by her father, Timothy J. Brown; grandma, Faye Christensen; and grandparents, Paul and Reva McAnarney.

A Graveside Service will be held on Friday, July 31, 2020 at 10:30 AM at the Liberal Cemetery, 1900 W. 15th Street, with Pastor Rex Petty presiding.
