Anita E. McIntyre

Anita E. McIntyre, 89, died Wednesday, September 3, 2014 at Southwest Medical Center of Liberal. She was born on June 5, 1925 at Cook Station, MO, the daughter of Edgar and Loma (Petty) Curtis.
On September 12, 1942 she married Martin L. McIntyre in Salem, MO, he preceded her in death on March 4, 2000.
She worked as a seamstress during World War II, and was a homemaker.
She was a member of the Turpin United Methodist Church.
Survivors include:
1 Son Eldon McIntyre and wife Donna Turpin, Oklahoma
1 Brother Ira Curtis Festus, Missouri
2 Sisters Lomagene Watson Hermann, Missouri
Irene Curtis Salem, Missouri
3 Grandchildren: Jeff McIntyre & wife Keena, Jason McIntyre, Amy McVay.
6 Great grandchildren: Justin McIntyre & Fiancé Tatayana, Kolby McIntyre, Mikel McIntyre, Kaleb McIntyre, Calli McVay, Ashlee McVay.
She was preceded in death by her parents, 3 Brothers: Mark, Ony, and Duane Curtis. 3 Sisters: Della Burcham, Minnie Wade, Kay Weckman.
Memorial Service: 10:00 am Saturday, September 13, 2014 at the Turpin United Methodist Church, Turpin, OK, With Pastor Todd Bergman, presiding.
There will be no public visitation, as cremation has taken place. Inurnment will take place at a later date at Jadwin Cemetery, Jadwin, Missouri.
