Anadalay Gomez Mendoza

Anadalay Gomez Mendoza, age 18, died July 31, 2023, in Beaver County.

She was born on November 23, 2004, to Anastacio Gomez and Laura Mendoza.

Anadalay loved spending time with her friends playing softball, basketball, going to the dances and dancing all night. Anadalay loved her brothers, Omar, and Julian, they played together and argued a lot. She was involved in pageants and loved traveling the world. Anadalay loved throwing parties at her home with all her friends. She was a very sweet, kind girl, always with a smile on her face. Anadalay was never upset and always had positive things to say. She loved spending time with her Mami Lola. Anadalay will always be remembered as being a great daughter, classmate, sister, friend, granddaughter, and niece. She was perfect.

She is survived by her parents, Anastacio Gomez, and Laura Mendoza of Adams, Oklahoma, brothers, Omar Gomez of Adams, Oklahoma, and Julian Gomez of Adams, Oklahoma, grandparents, Refugio and Aurora Mendoza of Adams, Oklahoma, Patricia Flores of Guymon, Oklahoma, and Anastacio Gomez Segovia of Adams, Oklahoma.

Visitation will be 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM on Friday, August 4, 2023, at the Hornung Family Funeral Home, 1212 W 2nd Street, Liberal, Kansas.

Rosary will follow at 7:00 PM on Friday, August 4, 2023, at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, 1510 N. Calhoun, Liberal, Kansas.

Funeral Mass will be 10:00 AM at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, 1510 N. Calhoun, Liberal, Kansas. Reverend Charles Seiwert celebrating.

A burial will follow at the Liberal Cemetery.
