Alfred LeRoy Baker, 73, passed away Sunday, May 23, 2021 at Western Prairie Care Home, Ulysses, Kansas.

The son of Chester and Lucille (Martin) Baker born on September 19, 1947 in Concordia, Kansas.

He and Dinah Sue Rushing were married on October 18, 1990 in Ulysses, Kansas. She preceded him in death on January 1, 2016.

Alfred is survived by six sons, Randy Baker, Garden City, KS., Micky Baker, Ulysses, KS., Daniel Lorlovick, Pampa, TX., Chris Lorlovick, Denver, CO., Kenneth Lorlovick and wife Michelle, Floresville, TX.; daughter, Susan Rector and husband Shawn, Fredrick, CO.; brother, David Baker, McCook, NE.; sister, Linda Simpson, Lawrence, KS.; twelve grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren; many other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents and grandson, Gage Rector.

A memorial has been established for the Gideons International in care of Robson Funeral Home, 218 S. Main Street, Ulysses, Kansas 67880.

Visitation will be held Thursday, May 27, 2021, 10 AM to 8 PM, Robson Funeral Home, Ulysses.

Funeral service will be held Friday, May 28, 2021, 10 AM at Country View Baptist Church, Ulysses. Burial to follow at Ulysses Cemetery.

Robson Funeral Home, Ulysses is in charge of arrangements.
