Rosalio R. Ruiz

Rosalio R. Ruiz, 56, of Satanta passed away in Santa Rosa, New Mexico unexpectedly on Monday, July 18, 2022.

The son of Rosalio and Ramona (Rivero) Ruiz, he was born on June 26, 1966, in Satevo Chihuahua, Mexico.

His pride and joy was his family. He loved everything about them working hard to support them and most of all spending time with them. He also enjoyed doing yard work and cooking out with his friends. Rosalio loved life and everything about it. He had a passion for working hard with his hands and building different things.

His survivors include his wife, Rosa Ruiz of the home; one daughter; Erica Ruiz of Liberal, KS.; two sons; Alejandro Ruiz and wife Miriam of Ulysses, KS., Rosalio Ruiz of Satanta, KS.; four brothers; Martin Ruiz and wife Erika of Midland, TX., Miguel Ruiz and wife Carmen of Lincoln, NE., Diego Ruiz of Columbus, NE., and Gabriel Ruiz and wife Yeni of Columbus, NE.; two sisters; Manuela Chavez of Columbus, NE., and Ana Azpeitia and husband Rafael of Columbus, NE.; and many other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father Rosalio Ruiz Flores.

A memorial has been established for Rosalio Ruiz Education Fund, in the care of Robson Funeral Home, P.O. Box 747, Satanta, KS 67870.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, July 27, 2022, from 10 AM to 5 PM, at Robson Funeral Home, Satanta, Kansas.

Rosary is at 7 PM Wednesday, July 27, 2022, at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church, Satanta, KS.

The funeral mass is Thursday, July 28, 2022, at 10:00 AM, at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church, Satanta, KS. Interment will follow at Dudley Township Cemetery, Satanta, KS.
