The #5 Newton Lady Railers ran over the Liberal Lady Redskins 73-23 Wednesday night at Ravenscroft Gymnasium. Jai Chapman led Liberal with seven in the loss. Liberal scored 15 in the first half and eight in the second half. Newton’s 6’3" Abby Lehman scored 22 for 17-4 Newton.
Liberal finishes 4-16 after going 3-18 last year.
