Missing Teen Found During Garden City Traffic Stop

(KSNW) – Garden City police say a missing teen has been found.
On Sunday, Dec. 29, around 3 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop and found a missing 15-year-old girl in the passenger seat. Police said she had been taken and held against her will on Dec. 23.
Police arrested 18-year-old Cipriano Garcia on Monday on suspicion of aggravated kidnapping and aggravated robbery.
