Middle School Results

The Apaches went on the road to face the DCMS Cardinals this week.

The 7th grade Apaches met with another tough opponent. The offense struggled the majority of the night to get a run game going. Aiden and Kaden were met at the line but were able to accumulate multiple large gains after contact throughout the game. Aiden was able to find the endzone just one time in the first half after breaking loose on the outside. The defense was faced with a strong offensive front by DCMS. Miscues and missed tackles led to a defensive struggle throughout the game. The Apaches held on through the entire game and did not give up all 4 quarters. Unfortunately SRMS fell short on this one. DCMS won 26-6

The 8th grade Apaches met with another tough opponent. The offense struggled the majority of the night to keep the offense going. The offense was able to get moving with Darion Denton breaking loose on long runs. The offense was able to capitalize on a long drive when Xaadin Navarro connected with Allan Rios with a 15 yard Touchdown pass.The defense was faced with a strong offensive front by DCMS. Miscues and missed tackles led to a defensive struggle throughout the game. The Apaches held on through the entire game and did not give up all 4 quarters. Unfortunately SRMS fell short on this one. DCMS won 34-6
