Meade Aims to Play Angry in 2024

Meade head football coach Clint Kuhns has seen many Meade teams.  He played at Meade and coached as MHS so he has observed many Meade senior classes.  Kuhns, the third year head coach observed this year’s senior class plays their best when they play angry.  Meade has continued their success since the 13-0 state championship season of 2021 going 9-2 in 2022 and 8-2 last year.  Kuhns and the Buffaloes hope this moniker will carry Meade over the top in 2024.

The Buffaloes have 26 out for football with three starters back on both sides of the ball.  They got bad news in the offseason as Samuel Linn will be out for the season leaving a gaping hole on defense and would have vied for quarterback duties as well.  But as usual, Meade has a talented and hard working core of players.

Some of the key Buffaloes are Sr. TE/DE Jace Jones, Sr. G/DE Chandler Hanks, Sr. TE/DL Alec Holguin, Sr. WR/CB John McAtee, Sr. WR/DB Hayden Sions, Sr. RB/LB Lane Paul, Fr QB Tate Jones, Jr. RB/LB Tyson Knott, Jr. utility/MLB Ashton Harjo,  and Jr. WR/DB Circeen Conley.

The Buffaloes were featured during Sportsguys Friday morning.
