Manhattan Shuts Out LHS Softball

The Liberal softball team ran into a very good Manhattan softball team Tuesday evening at the Twin Oaks Softball Complex in Manhattan.  The Indians blanked LHS 6-0 to end Liberal’s season.

The Indians scored one in the first, two in the second, and three in the third.  Manhattan out-hit Liberal 11-3.  Neither team committed an error in a clean game.   Jenna Ormiston pitched the distance issuing just one walk.

Manhattan is 16-5 and Liberal finishes 6-15.
