Maize Clips Liberal in See-saw Affair

Liberal is 0-4 after dropping the 7th place game of the Wichita South Titan Classic Saturday morning.  The Maize Eagles beat the Redskins 4-3 in a game LHS trailed 2-1 at the half.  They tied the score twice in the second half but lost.  Alfredo Lopez Rodriguez scored Liberal’s first half goal and Mike Fonseca and Alfredo Moncayo netted Liberal’s second half goal in the loss.  The Redskins play defending 6A state champion Dodge City on the road Tuesday night.  LHS is 0-1 in the WAC.
