Destyni Lucero is taking WAC cross country by storm. The LHS freshman broke Michelle Sumner’s school record for the 4K by running the race in 16:08 last week in Hays. Lucero is also the Mead Lumber Athlete of the week. Lucero and the Lady Skins run at regionals at Lake Afton Saturday.
