Liberal Wrestling Club Brings Home 10 First Places

On Saturday, January 25, Liberal Wrestling Club traveled to Cimarron for the Gray
County Kids Wrestling Tournament. The team brought home ten first place finishes.
Jacobie Fraire wrestled in his age group of 10U and also wrestled up in 12U, bringing
home 2 first places.

“I’m very proud of all these kids and their consistency in the practice room, it is definitely
paying off on and off the mat. As a coach, I am always trying to push them to be their very best
in all aspects of life, but ultimately it comes down to the individual kid and their discipline and
dedication. I believe we all only have room to grow and these kids have endless potential. I am
excited to see what the future holds for Liberal Wrestling Club,” said Head Coach, Bill Holcomb.
