Liberal Volleyball Wins Two of Three in Garden City

The Liberal volleyball team is 2-2 after winning two of three matches in Garden City Thursday. The Redskins beat Great Bend (25-11, 27-25) before handling Holcomb (25-11, 25-22). Liberal lost a thriller to Garden City (31-33, 20-25). Head coach Thais Baziquetto says Katie Burnett led the way for Liberal. The Redskins travel to Ark City Saturday, Sept. 11.
