Liberal Volleyball Tops Garden City and Dodge City

Liberal’s volleyball team won the Dodge City triangular Tuesday afternoon and evening at the Dodge City Fieldhouse.  Liberal beat Dodge City 25-19, 25-15 for their fourth win this season against the Red Demons.  Bree Horyna had nine kills and 10 efficient serves with two aces.  Lizzy Cisneros had 17 digs with seven efficient serves and two aces.  Emma Evans and Elle Hatcher had a total of nine combined blocks and two solo blocks each.  Liberal topped Garden City for the first time since 2016 with a 2-1 win (25-22, 22-25, 25-21).  Rachelle Terrazas had 13 assists on the night.  Rylie Hallman had nine kills, 11 assists, and three aces.

Liberal has won eight of their last 10 and stands at 8-12 overall.  Liberal plays at Great Bend Saturday morning at 9 am.
