Liberal Volleyball Gains First Win

Liberal’s volleyball team worked late to gain their first win of the season Tuesday night in Guymon.  At about 9:25 last night, LHS secured a 3-2 win over the Tigers.  Liberal won 25-23, 25-23, 19-25, 17-25, 15-12.  Shamari Lewis had 19 kills while Klaire Anderson had 16 digs.  Zoey Torres and Brooklyn Short had three aces a piece.  Liberal is 1-9 and hosts their tournament on Saturday in the Big House beginning at 9am.  Dodge City, Garden City, Colby, Meade, and Hugoton will participate in the tournament.
