On Saturday, September 19, 2015 at about 8:50 p.m., emergency responders were dispatched to 15th Street and Kansas Avenue for a report of an injury accident involving a motorcycle. Responding officers found that a motorcycle collided with a Ford Mustang.

Investigating officers learned that a red, 2013 Ford Mustang, driven by a 14 year old female, was turning east from North Kansas Avenue. A 2005 Harley Davidson, driven by a 26 year old male, was traveling north. The driver of the Mustang did not yield to the motorcycle and was struck. A 2012 Kawasaki, driven by a 41 year old male, was also traveling north and struck the Harley Davidson as the driver was slowing to a stop.

The driver of the Harley Davidson motorcycle, the driver of the Mustang and her 15 year old female passenger were transported to Southwest Medical Center by Seward County EMS with non-life threatening injuries. The driver of the Kawasaki motorcycle was not injured.
