On Saturday, May 16, 2015 at about 6:49 p.m., officers were dispatched to Billy’s, 2050 North Kansas Avenue, for a reported hit and run accident. The caller reported the other vehicle was driven by Dave Harrison.
Investigating officers learned that a brown, 2012 Ford pickup struck an unoccupied silver, 2001 Ford Mustang as the pickup was leaving the parking lot. Both vehicles sustained minor damage. Mr. Harrison contacted the establishment to inform the owner of the Mustang about the collision, but the owner was not immediately informed.
Upon conclusion of the investigation, Mr. Harrison was issued a citation for leaving the scene of a non-injury accident.
