The Kansas Law Enforcement Training Center would like to introduce the new class president for the 256th Basic Training Class, Keith Quesada. Ofc. Quesada works for the Liberal Police Department. Before that, Ofc. Quesada spent over 4 years working for the Kansas Department of Corrections.
Ofc. Quesada was born and raised in Southern California. He has a wife, Shawnna, and a son, Noah.
