The Liberal Redskins  broke out in a big way in the Salina Invitational Tournament on Friday night . Liberal defeated the  Concordia  Panthers  67-40 at Salina central high school.

The Angry Red outscored the Panthers in every quarter. LHS led 14-10 after one quarter and led 27-16 late  in the third before leading 29-21  at halftime. Liberal outscored Concordia 20-7  in the third quarter. The Skins only had nine turnover one week after 27 turnovers against Dodge City.

Cameron Riley scored 19 points for the Redskins.  Kace Vongsakda scored 18 points in his second game. Lee Hatcher added nine.

Both teams are 4-7. Liberal plays Abilene at 4:15 Saturday with Redskin Pregame at 4 on 1270 and kscbnews.net.
