Liberal City Commission Terminates City Managers Contract

The Liberal City Commission met in a special meeting on Friday at 11:00 am with the lone agenda item being a 45 minute Executive Session regarding matters on non-elected personnel. When the Commission came out of Executive Session, the Commission voted to terminate the contract between the City and City Manager Rusty Varnado. The Commission will be issuing a statement forthcoming.
