Liberal City Commission Meets, Makes Appointment To Diversity Council

The Liberal City Commission Tuesday evening for their regularly scheduled meeting at 6:30pm in the City Commission Chambers. Among the items on the agenda, Commissioners approved the 2012 Standard Traffic Ordinances and Public Offense Codes, approved several vehicle and environmental abatements throughout the city, and approved the purchase of an Ultra Max Pool Vacuum for the waterpark using donated funds in the amount of $4500.00. The Commission also appointed Laura Thomas to the Diversity Council Board. The next regular meeting of the Liberal City Commission is set for February 26th.
