The Liberal City Commission met on Tuesday evening at 5:30 pm and approved an Employee Recognition Program. Commissioners also gave approval of the budgeted purchase of a Hustler 104″ Super Z mower from Keating Tractor in an amount not to exceed $27,000 to be funded by the Beautification portion of the One Cent Sales Tax. This mower will be used in the Parks Department.

The Commission approved the 3-year maintenance contract with Safety Vision, LLC for a total amount of $28,200 for Bus Camera maintenance. For the Fire Department purchases were approved for Fire Department Bunker Gear, Vac/Valve Exerciser, and an air compressor.

Willow Tree Golf Course was given approval to purchase a John Deere 6080A E-Cut Hybrid fairway mower not to exceed the amount of $62,500.00 from the Willow Tree General Fund line item for New
Equipment/Machinery.
