Liberal Boys and Girls Draw Two Seeds

The road to Topeka goes through the Big House. Liberal’s boys and girls are both two seeds for 5A sub state.

The 16-4 Lady Redskins won a draw out of a cup over 16-4 Goddard and 16-4 Bishop Carroll. LHS hosts 7 seed 5-15 Ark City Wednesday at 6. Redskins Pregame at 5:45 on 1270 and kscbnews.net. The first 250 high school students are admitted for free thanks to area businesses. If they win, they play at home Friday night at 6 against either 16-4 Carroll or 11-9 Great Bend.

The 18-2 Redskin boys host 10-10 Bishop Carroll Thursday night at 6. It airs on 1270 and kscbnews.net with Redskin Pregame at 5:45. If LHS wins, they host a game Saturday night against either 16-4 Kapaun or 10-10 Goddard.
