LHS Falls Flat Against WAC Opponents

After a win over 3A Southwestern Heights Tuesday, the Liberal volleyball team met their match Thursday at Garden City. They were soundly beaten in four straight sets against Great Bend and Garden City. The Panthers of Great Bend beat Liberal (25-21, 25-14) and the Buffaloes of Garden City beat LHS (25-14, 25-19). Liberal had just 15 kills against Garden. Liberal struggled with their serve receive throughout the night. Liberal competes September 14 at the Ark City tournament.
