Lee Hatcher is Hay Rice and Associates Athlete of the Week

Liberal senior basketball player Lee Hatcher is the Hay Rice and Associates Athlete of the Week.  Hatcher had 16 points and eight rebounds in Liberal’s 48-43 win at Hugoton on Friday night.  Hatcher is Liberal’s second leading scorer and second leader in rebounds with eight points and four rebounds per game.  The 16 points Friday equaled his career high from two seasons ago as Hatcher has been a three year varsity player.  Hatcher also participates in football, track, NHS, and the fall musical.  Hatcher and the Redskins host Great Bend Friday night at about 7:45 on 1270 and kscbnews.net.
