After struggling offensively Saturday at home, Seward traveled six hours round trip on a Monday to find their offense. The #8 Seward Lady Saints went to Great Bend Monday for an 86-52 win over Barton in Barton Gym. Seward shot 60 percent from the field in the win including 74 percent (20-27) in the first half. Seward led 55-25 at the half on their way to their fourth straight win at Barton.

Rebekah Hatchard led the Lady Saints with a career high 21 points and six three pointers which ties her for third most in Seward history in single game three pointers. Tamara Seda and Daniela Galindo scored 16 a piece while Kyndal Davis added 15 points and five assists. Brooklyn Artis added 10.

Seward is 16-1 and 4-0 in the Jayhawk West while Barton is 11-5 overall and 1-3 in the Jayhawk West. Seward plays Saturday at Dodge City in the Dodge City Civic Center at 5:30 with Saints Shootaround at 5:15 on B107.5 and kscbnews.net.
