OculusIT is seeking an experienced Senior Help Desk Technician for a full-time, onsite role supporting Seward County Community College. Responsibilities include 24x7x365 end-user support, network device setup (switches, firewalls), and troubleshooting physical and virtual servers. Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of experience required.
