Jared Hasik is Mead Lumber Athlete of the Week

Liberal senior baseball player Jared Hasik is the Mead Lumber Athlete of the Week. Hasik’s interview aired Tuesday morning before the Redskins won two games over Hays 16-1 and 12-11. Hasik is batting .491 with 19 RBI’s. Hasik has scored 33 runs and leads the team with a .647 on base percentage. He also has two saves as a pitcher. He is part of a senior class which has won 55 games in four varsity seasons. Liberal plays in regionals next week. Hasik played football and is in NHS.
