An injury accident occurred early Saturday morning at approximately 12:55am at Highway 54 and Mile 56, 3 miles northeast of Tyrone, Oklahoma, in Texas County.

A 2004 Chevy Tahoe, driver name withheld, juvenile female age 17 of Turpin, Oklahoma, and a 2019 Ford F-250 driven by Abraham Delgado,22, of Guymon, Oklahoma, were traveling west on Highway 54. The Tahoe slowed to make a left-hand turn, when the Ford failed to notice vehicle one and struck the Tahoe.

The driver of the Tahoe was not injured, but two passengers in the vehicle were transported to the hospital. Maria Guereca, 48, of Turpin, Oklahoma. Was transported by Seward County EMS to Southwest Medical Center in Liberal, then transferred to Wesley Medical Center in Wichita, where she was
admitted in stable condition with head injuries.

A second passenger, Name withheld, juvenile female age 13 of Turpin, was transported by Seward
EMS to Southwest Medical Center; transferred to Wesley Medical Center in Wichita, and was oadmitted in stable condition
with head, trunk internal, and leg injuries.

The driver of the pick up was transported by Seward County EMS to Southwest Medical Center, treated for head and trunk internal injuries and
released.

Seatbelts were in use in the Tahoe, but not the pick up. Cause of the accident was due to inattentive driving.
