Hunter Hatcher is Hay Rice and Associates Athlete of the Week

Liberal senior basketball player is the Hay Rice and Associates Athlete of the Week.  Hatcher leads Liberal in scoring at 11 points per game.  He also pulls down four rebounds per contest and leads the Redskins with 26 made three pointers.  Hatcher buried 10 three pointers at the Salina Invitational and flirted with the tournament record of 13.  Hunter had scored double digits in four straight games.  He scored a career high 17 against Gruver and 16 against Dalhart in a game last year and 16 at Olathe West this year.  Hatcher also participates in football, track, NHS, and the fall musical.  Hatcher and the 6-7 Redskins face the 8-2 Hugoton Eagles Friday night at 8 on 1270 and kscbnews.net.
