A Kansas man was killed and a Boise City teenager injured when the car they were riding crashed into a pickup truck in Cimarron County.

Initial reports indicated the two were riding a motorcycle.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says 43-year-old George Truitt II of Hugoton, Kansas, died in the crash about 3:15 p.m. Sunday. Fourteen-year-old Jordan Truitt is hospitalized in stable condition.

Troopers say the two were in a car driven by George Truitt on a county road when Truitt crossed the center line, lost control and skidded into the oncoming truck.
