Liberal’s Hudson Rice was named to the Shrine Bowl roster on New Year’s Day.  The offensive lineman headed to Harding was part of the Shrine Bowl’s selection show on Wednesday.  Rice helped the Redskins to a 7-3 season.  He is the 43rd Redskin to make the Shrine Bowl roster after Brooks Kappelmann played in the game last summer in Emporia.  Rice will be on the West roster and play in the 52nd version of the event June 21 at Memorial Stadium in Dodge City.
