Seward County Development invites the community to join the conversation as the current housing situation in Liberal and Seward County is being evaluated and an action plan is being developed for the building of more homes and attracting more individuals and families to the community. Those already committed to the table are Developers and Builders, the City of Liberal, Local Banks, Seward County, Utilities, Suppliers, Property Owners, and Zoning and Codes.
