The Hooker Bulldogs football season started with practices in the early August heat and pushed right into the Christmas season.  The Bulldogs didn’t get their much coveted gold ball after a 34-8 Class A state championship loss to Fairview Saturday afternoon in Edmond.  But they did make school history playing in their first ever state championship game.  Hooker finished 12-3 and Fairview finishes 15-0.  The Bulldogs trailed 27-0 at halftime.   Fairview has won 30 in a row.
