Heights Upends Liberal in Wichita

The Wichita Heights Falcons defeated Liberal 4-1 Wednesday in the Wichita South Titan Classic. Sophomore Kim Alarcon scored a goal assisted by senior Wendy Vela. The Falcons led shots on goal 14-7. The game was played on the turf at Wichita Northwest due to rain soaking the Wichita South soccer field. Liberal is 1-3 and plays Saturday at 10 to wrap up the tournament.
