At approximately 12:44pm a 1977 Piper single engine fixed wing aircraft made a hard landing at Liberal’s Municipal AirPort when the landing gear failed. The pilot, Roy B. Stikler, 75, of Turpin Oklahoma, was not injured. Emergency personnel was on standby.
